No cleaning company can guarantee a deposit return because deductions may relate to damage, rent arrears or other matters beyond cleaning. We focus on completing the agreed cleaning scope and providing post-clean support if something has been missed.
Do you work with letting agents and property managers?
Yes. Housewell provides end-of-tenancy, pre-letting, move-in, move-out and other property cleaning services. We can also act as a backup cleaning provider when existing contractors are unavailable.
